Welcome to Cabin House Studios, the go-to photo and video shoot location for leading-edge projects that require space, versatility, attention to detail, and a convenient, central Denver, Colorado location. 

With a mountain vibe and welcoming style, you’ll feel at home. We provide the amenities, making sure talent and crew are well cared for, so your creative vision can flourish. 

We offer three unique spaces to choose from for your next production. Small and cozy or large and inspiring, we’ve got you covered, rent one or rent the whole cabin house.

 
 

CENTRAL LOCATION WITH PLENTY OF PARKING

(I mean…a truly excessive amounts of parking. It’s sort of obnoxious actually.)

Cabin House Studios is located just 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, and 25 minutes from Boulder.
Fun fact: You can take the train from DIA to the Westminster Station, just walking distance from Cabin House.

STUDIO EAST + KITCHEN

Studio East + Kitchen
8 hours $1,225 | Additional hours booked at $140 an hour.

 

Studio East + Kitchen for food styling or craft service setup. Everything you need for a full production food shoot!

The Kitchen and Studio East are booked together. Spacious and inviting, with a grand corner cyc wall we invite you to experience this beautiful space and adjacent 460 sf fully equipped kitchen. Ample accommodations for your next food shoot or large crew.

  • 2,200 square foot studio

  • 13 foot ceilings

  • Corner 20 x 20 foot wide cyc wall

  • Load-in through Studio WEST XL garage door available

  • Private model changing room

  • Separate bathroom

  • FOBA camera stand

  • basic grip gear (see resource tab for downloadable PDF of gear list)

  • Conference table

  • Ample parking right out front

  • Just a 5 minute walk to Westminster Station

  • 5 x 20 amp outlets with heavy duty 50’ extension cords

THE KITCHEN

  • 460 square foot space

  • Stainless steal island

  • Basic cookware and appliance including a blendar and Cuisinart

  • Full sized commercial refrigerator (49 cu. ft.) and freezer (41.3 cu.ft.)

  • Reach-in freezer (8.9 cu. ft.)

  • dishwasher, microwave, sink, oven

  • West facing windows

  • Carts for easy load-in

  • Shelving for flat pan storage and easy access to your props and gear.

STUDIO WEST

Studio West
8 hours $960 | Additional hours added at $110 an hour.

Studio West by the Hour
2-hour minimum $250 | Add hours 3 to 7 at $120 per hour.

With an XL garage door, a large cyc wall and ample natural lighting the flexibility of this studio will be camera ready from multiple angles.

THE NEST

The Nest
2-hour minimum $100 | Additional hours booked at $50 an hour.

Cozy and private, this studio will make your clients want to smile. Best for quick turn portrait, family photos or product shoots. Also a great overflow space for VIP clients, models or guests.

  • 460 square foot studio

  • 8 foot ceilings

  • Bathroom with shower

  • White shear curtains to diffuse light

  • Kitchenette with microwave, beverage fridge and stocked with snacks and drinks

  • Table with seating for two

  • Lighting kit

  • White, grey and brown paper rolls

  • Ample parking right out front

    Please Note: The NEST studio is located on the second level accessible through the stair way only, the building does not have an elevator available.
